Every property is unique, therefore, every staging is unique.  The best way to determine what a property truly needs in order to be presented in the best light is to visit the property.  This visit allows us to provide an assessment of needs and a unique bid.  Once we have assessed the property, we will provide a bid that will reflect your personalized needs.

ROOM PACKAGES
A $50 Bid Proposal fee will be due at the time of our initial visit.   This fee will be applied to the project if bid is accepted and work is completed.

Each staging package above includes staging services, delivery/pick-up fees, one month rental of furnishings and accessories for each room listed in addition to kitchen and bath accessories.  The average investment is included above, however, due to the uniqueness of each individual property, fees may vary.

A la carte rooms as well as customized packages are also available.

ACCESSORY PACKAGES
A few accessories can go a long way in warming up a vacant property.  Therefore, we offer accessory rental packages that include accessories for the kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplaces.  The fee for this service includes install and removal of the goods as well as rent for one month.  Prices start at $250 and are priced according to the number of spaces being accessorized.
